Our UV LED curing systems are widly used in glass industry, decoration industry, building materials industry,
furniture industry, etc.
It's suitable for kinds brand of inkjet sprayers such as Konika,Xaar, Ricoh, and kinds of printers
includingflatbed printer, roll to roll printer, wide format printer, inkjet, digital printer, rotary press etc.
"UV LED" curing lamp is a new technology and new way of drying UV series material resin/ink/varnish/adhesive/coating
etc. by ultraviolet irradiation, with fast speed and good performance.
Cool Printing Environment: Enables to print on heat sensitive substrates, viz. thin slides, self-adhesive sheet, stretch
PVC materials, and more. Minimum heat resistance allows effective bi-directional calibration.

1.What's the wavelength of the UV LED lamp.
A: The wavelength of UV LED lamp usually are365-405nm. The wavelength for inkjet printer is
395nm, 385/395nm for printing machine,365nm for UVglue.
2.What's your LED chip brand?
A: The LED chip brand we use are LG, Epileds, Seoul, Nichia.
3.What's the cooling way?
A: We have water cooling and air cooling UV LED.
4.If the light intensity is adjustable?
A: Yes, the intensity is 0-100% adjustable. We designed different dimming system for different products.
